Carpet Tech did a great job on our old Midland brick floors. Dakota and his assistant stripped and cleaned and applied a matte sealer, a 5.5 hour job, 600sqft, and diligently worked every minute. They scrubbed every grout line! The estimate was the final bill, no surprises. Expect to call them in for the next job, wood floors.

Jake was by on time introduced himself and his helper and proceeded to tell me the steps first a walk around to determine how many vents the he would give me a quote afterward I could decide. Everything was great! From scheduling via text being extremely polite and responsive and answering any and all questions thoroughly to the trucks tracker to know exactly when they will arrive to the service from Dakota and his guy who assisted in giving thorough details of what will happen, how it will be cleaned and again answering any and all questions politely and throughly. Upon completion they were able to get every ounce of smell out of the carpets which is what it needed and it smells like a brand new house.
