Carpet Tech was wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful and they did a great job at cleaning and repairing our carpet! They were also very sweet in sending us with a dog treat as well as shampoo for our new place. They were transparent and forthcoming with the process and quoting as well as the job itself. I absolutely recommend them!

The two technicians, Nick and Logan came right on time and after reviewing the job I wanted done, got right to it. They were both very courteous and professional. The job they did of cleaning a large sectional sofa and two area rugs was exactly done the way I wanted and needed!!

Our home smells amazing when they get done. Fresh carpet, clean barstools, stairs are pristine. So happy when it’s time yo have Carpet Tech! They always do a great job. We have four kids and three dogs, so they have their work cut out for them, but everything looks amazing when they are done. Highly recommend!

So far the process has been a blessing. Took 3 hrs to rip up carpet and vinyl floor up and set up drying equipment. Very courteous and professional.
