Carpet Tech did an amazing job restoring our shower floor. We had a very stubborn issue with our natural stone tile, and they truly worked miracles with it. What impressed me most was their commitment to getting the problem resolved. They came out three times and continued working on it until we were happy with the result. Every person we dealt with was professional, responsive and prompt. When they said they would be there, they were there — something I really appreciate. They communicated well throughout the process and never made us feel as though our difficult floor was an inconvenience. The difference in the shower floor is remarkable. I honestly wasn’t sure it could be restored, and it looks beautiful again. Excellent work and exceptional customer service. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Tech.
