The technician was very through and precise to detail. He took his time and cleaned the carpet swell! I was very impressed with their work. Years ago whe. I this same service done it was done in less than 15 minutes but this time an hour. The only thing that I didn't like so much was not receiving a written receipt like I did back in 2022. I had to go to their office and pick it up -waiting for clerk to return while other workers were inside with door locked so I waited patiently in my car for clerk to return in 5minutes to go inside and print me a receipt...But overall I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet.
