We had the AC heating vents in the home cleaned have lived here for twenty years and have never had this done. The indoor air quality in the home is noticeably better and would recommend this to everyone. They did carpet repair for what was an absolute joke of a job before. It was previously completed by a contractor who left tack strip exposed and cut the carpet too short and my kiddos got hurt on it. The same contractor also did a carpet patch job and cut the carpet pad too small so there was a dip where the pad was missing along long creases. It was just a sad job overall.Matt Brooker gave us an estimate and I was able to book the repair two days later. And it looks a MILLION times better. Only regret is I wish I had called them sooner.

Air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Technicians were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were very organized and had things setup quickly. We had a water leak in our.bathroom that affected three bedrooms, two closets, hallway, and family room. They removed water and completed the drying process in all rooms. This also required flooring to be removed and replaced as carpet tech served as the project manager. Carpet Tech took care of us from the beginning through completion. Excellent, skilled workmanship. Very dependable.

Had a clothes washer run over during the night. I found the floors flooded at 4:30 AM and called for assistance. A crew was here within an hour and were very professional and efficient at extracting the water, pulling up the flooring, and getting the drying process started. I hope I never need them again but they will be the first call if I do.

The guys were very nice and knowledgeable, but I am subtracting one star because:1) they were 1.5hrs late and didn’t can you tell me until the time they were supposed to arrive for the appt.2) they were forgetful. We discussed getting before as after images (as advertised). They did a great job getting the “before” photos but forgot the “after” photos. After I reminded them, one of the guys went back in and got a picture of one of the ducts.3) didn’t give me my receipt for the service and payment.Aside from these, they were great!

The team from Carpet Tech were very professional from the sales staff that physical came to look at our facility to the technicians that came out to clean our carpets. They sent a email to let us know they were on their way as well as we received a text message from the technician saying he was on his way and a photo of the technician that was showing up. We also received a little tid bit of background information on the technician. All we had to do was remove the furnishings off the floor - we did not have to move our entire offices out. They placed corner protectors on each wall and furniture to keep from damaging anything. The guys that came out were very clean and professional looking. They did an awesome job with cleaning the carpets removing all the grease stains. Looks like brand new carpet. We will use them again when needed.

As always the young men who work for Carpet Tech are very personable. (Cade was the young man who came today). They are always prompt, explain their services and make sure that I know what they are going to do and what the cost will be before they begin the job. Needed to have our air conditioning ducts cleaned. They have never been cleaned after years living here. The before and after pictures were impressive. Very well done. I honestly can't tell about the cleanliness of the area rug because it's still rolled up . (I'm in the midst of moving and I don't want to unroll it yet🙂, but I will certainly give a review after the move.Now I want to tell you how their employees are so nice. The best method of cleaning carpets is usually hot water extraction (steam cleaning) because it removes over 90% of dirt and bacteria from carpeting without using harmful chemicals.
We move small furniture free of charge. This includes things like chairs, stools, side tables, plants, and decorations. These items need to be clear of belongings to avoid damage and making a mess while moving them around. We can move nearly any furniture for the service but charge additionally for large things such as beds, dressers, shelves, sofas, recliners, and dining tables.
On average it takes about one and a half to four hours to clean residential carpet.
Cleanings can take anywhere from one hour to six hours on residential carpet cleaning and sometimes longer. Adding other cleaning services we offer like tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, shower stall, and tub cleaning can take additional time.
