Believe it or not, most moping does little more than swish around dirt, germs and .food particles Carpet Tech uses a truck mounted tool called a turbo to deep clean tile and grout. Much like our carpet cleaning, we use deionized, purified water heated to over 220 degrees to ensure disinfecting without the use of harmful soaps and chemicals that can leave a residue and damage your grout.
Depending on traffic, we recommend having your carpets professionally deep cleaned every 6-12 months to remove stains and dirt. Professional carpet cleaning at least once a year can also improve your indoor air quality and protect family and friends with allergies, asthma, and similar conditions.
Using a truck-mounted air duct cleaning system, we make sure all the dirt, debris, hair, mold and even germs that we sweep and suck out of your ducts goes directly into into our truck, eliminating any redistribution of debris into the home. It takes takes approx. 3 to 4 hours to clean all the ducts and vents in an average sized home.
Great service for our wall to wall carpet in bedrooms and hall. They also took our area rug 10 x 13 and did a GREAT job at their shop. They brought it back to the house, laid it back, put the furniture back in place and all looks like NEW. Brent and their staff are great to work with and the scheduling could not have been better.

We called Carpet Tech to clean our air ducts. It was the best decision we have made! We moved into this rent house in May and didn’t really know who lived here before or if it’s been done before. We can definitely tell the difference in the air quality and our breathing. As someone with asthma, it definitely helps with the weather changing too and having to turn the heater on.I went to school in Lubbock, so I knew about there work. As soon as I saw them in this area, I knew who I wanted to clean the air ducts. They are also very responsive and on time/early. They came within 2 days of submitting the request and gave us a really good quote. They were able to get us in the following week for the cleaning. I highly recommend them and will be using again.

Wow! Absolutely blown away! I’ve never had carpet cleaning done so I had no idea what to expect. I called Carpet Tech and they were able to provide a rough estimate over the phone so I didn’t need to waste time getting an estimate. The techs arrived and after showing them the areas that needed cleaning, they quickly put together an estimate for me. The price was very affordable. We had 3 rooms cleaned which included pet odor and stain treatment. The stains were completely removed and the odor is gone! The carpets looks brand new. Carpet Tech delivered! They sent details ahead of visit of who would be doing the work, to include skills and experience! (bonus point #1) They showed up on time and explained/confirmed what they planned to do with our carpets. They got it done in a timely manner and delivered exactly to expectations. The carpets look and smell like new! We had various spills and shedding dogs to make up for - and they did! I appreciated they tailored the odor treatment to not overwhelm us. They came recommended by neighbors who are real estate agents (so they've been put to the test I am sure!) and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Dalton was my tech and he was quick and professional! He and his crew were able to get out stains our previous carpet cleaners couldn’t from 6 months ago. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace my carpet because my dog was sick on it and then a blue ice pack exploded on it. Dalton got 98% of it out, I was so shocked. I also appreciated how gentle he was with my Turkish silk runners, and he fully educated me on risks of cleaning silk. I even saved their number in my phone because as a homeowner with 2 dogs and a toddler, it’s good to have carpet cleaners you can trust.

I highly recommend this company. The office was able to schedule me for a free estimate right away. Adam came out and gave me a quote which was in the ballpark of what I was willing to spend (a little less). He was profession, polite, friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Adam and his teammate (I can't remember his name) came out today and did an amazing job on our living room and hallway carpet. They even cleaned my area rug and put it outside to dry. They are friendly accommodating, deal well with dogs as we have a beagle, and she is very friendly and loves people and the guys were great with her. They were done in 30 minutes and left my carpet and rug looking clean and smelling great. I will definitely be using Adam and Carpet Tech again. My dog spilled a quart of wall paint onto my carpet and couch. It was everywhere. I called Carpet Tech at 3:36 pm, asking if they could please come that same day. Technicians arrived at 4:05 pm. Cody Lackey and Brett came by to perform a cleaning in a 1 year old home with some soiled carpet from where my older German Shepherd used to sleep. They were both extremely polite, clean and professional. They did a one pass on the carpet and we noticed it didn't quite pick up all the residue. They even noticed some other spots in the room (which admittedly I didnt even notice) where the builder stained the light gray carpet with white paint. Cody and Brett went way above and beyond by massaging the carpet with a specific treatment solution. Literally on their hands and knees so they didn't damage the new carpet pile. Called on a weekend, the answering service sent my info directly to a tech (Ryan) who was able to answer all of my questions and give me a ballpark estimate over the phone. Called office (spoke with Kelsey..I think!) on Monday and Ryan and Kyle were out on Wednesday to clean everything! Today, I had the grout cleaned and sealed in both baths, 3 Oriental rugs cleaned and my kitchen center island’s granite cleaned and sealed. They were on time, personable and professional and did an excellent job! The bathroom floors have never looked so good - really. My Kitch island and the rugs look fantastic. Being very frustrated by "the other guys" results, I was looking for a company that didn't use perfumes/soaps that make the carpet dirtier faster. A friend recommended Carpet Tech. I did some research and they are just what I was looking for. The "Techs" used pure, hot water/steam and lots of strong suction to then pull that moisture out of the carpets for less drying time! Ok! I never really do reviews, primarily due to bias people add to their statements and never really hearing the side of the company! Lol! All reviews however, aren’t bad and this one I’m bringing forth, is just AMAZING!! I had such a great experience, I can’t wait to get my new floors dirty just to call them out again! Long story short, bought a new house and the rental needed to be cleaned so the new tenants can move in within 3 days, over a holiday weekend! Called a few places, folks where more upset that I was calling for help than to bring on a new customer! Called Carpet Tech and was blown away by their front facing customer service! I was told the bad news that service could not be done when I needed it but they would try to accommodate! I was at work and couldn’t leave! The tech called me within 30 mins and then suggested he get my key and start on the work since I couldn’t get off! He drive to my job, got the key, cleared my floors, moved some stuff around and when I got off, the work was done and the home was beautiful! I tried paying Carpet Tech but it was after hours and no one was available. I called today and couldn't reach anyone again. I txtd my tech and he took the payment for me, emailed me the receipt and was super sweet abt it! If you want to be treated like a valued customer, CALL CARPET TECH!! I’m soooo happy they service my new area and I’ll probably waste a lot of money getting them out here monthly to steam my floors but oh well...lol! I like being treated good!
