Carpet Tech is an excellent company with fast customer services, friendly reps and they provide thorough service. We contacted them 2 weeks ago for an estimate. There was a rep at our door the next day, and since I've had my carpets cleaned and air ducts cleaned, as well. Had a really good experience with Carpet Tech for vent cleaning. Josh was on time, called ahead before arriving, and explained the whole process clearly. They showed before and after pictures of the vents, which was helpful to actually see the cleanup results.

Cody and his team came in and just killed it. They were twice as fast as anyone I’ve had clean my carpets before.
