I have a cat and/or dog that have the “occasional” accidents. Can you remove the odors and stains?

Carpet Tech uses treatments and processes to remove even the toughest pet stains and odors. Our technicians will need to first examine the carpet to know for sure if it is something we can treat effectively without damaging the carpet. Additionally, we offer black light inspections to locate all the spots on the carpet before and after treatment.

How do you clean ceramic tile?

We use a professional machine called a turbo to clean tile and gout. The turbo is like a mini pressure washing system with a vacuum and rotating jets. Using water heated to over 220 degrees, we effectively clean all hard surfaces, disinfecting and removing grime.

How long does it take for a carpe to dry after cleaning?

After a good steam cleaning the carpet may take anywhere from 1-3 hours to dry depending on the conditions of your home.

Jerid and Collin did a wonderful job! They were kind enough to split their mileage fee since they were already in the area for another customer so that was a great first impression for me!We needed a carpet stretching. We just moved into a new place and it came with a few minor repairs. They arrived on time and gave a quick but thorough quote for the work to be done. I found the price to be fair and slightly lower than anticipated. We had three spots that needed to be stretched, and they told me that two of those spots really needed to be patched, but that they would try to their best to stretch them since we didn’t have any spare carpet in our closets for a patch, like most people do.They took a little over an hour to complete the job, and were polite and professional the whole time. They did an excellent job and were able to completely fix one of the two trouble spots, and the second one looks much better than it did before they touched it. The third spot was also fixed so you can’t even tell it was there in the first place! When they finished they even moved my couch back where they found it and vacuumed up behind themselves! They left us with some complimentary stain remover for the carpet and after that they were off!I am very happy with the service they gave us and would use them again and recommend them to others as well.
