Capet Tech cleaned our air ducts. This was our first time having our ducts cleaned and were very surprised how clean, fast and simple it was. Jeremy and Andrew did a fantastic job for us. They gave us before and after photos and we were amazed how filthy our air ducts were and how cleaned they were after they cleaned them. Carpet Tech in Lubbock is AWESOME! They came out to clean our air duct vents in our two story home. Jeremy and Andrew did a 110% great job!!!! They protected my stair rails going upstairs and vacuumed the carpet in each of the rooms where they took my ceiling vent covers off. They explained everything before they started the procedure, and took pictures of all my vents before and after their cleaning. Oh wow, what a difference!!! Everyone should have this air duct cleaning done in their homes, since we live is dusty West Texas!! And only use Carpet Tech, as they are very well trained and do an excellent job as well as being so nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Carpet Tech.

Not only was the office quick to respond to our needs but the gentlemen that came out were very nice, professional, and very straight forward with the services they recommended for our specific needs. They answered all of our questions and were helpful in setting us up with further services we needed through them as well.On top of all of that, they did a PHENOMENAL job on the carpets, not missing a single area, and even spent extra time and effort on old tougher spots we didn’t even realize were there. Our carpets were left looking immaculate and honestly in better shape than when we first moved in. Overall just a really pleasant and painless experience Definitely recommend.

Pest control spray. Friendly, professional, and zero judgement! New home owners and still moving in and making the house nice. Mark came in, did his job and sprayed any extra spots that I asked for. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed that my house was a wreck and moved through and sprayed as best as he could with everything laying around. This is the second spray I’ve received and I have noticed a visible reduction in pests.
