This place is AWESOME! So long story short... we moved my widowed father-in-law out of his house in Denton after more than 30 years to be closer to us. Pretty sure he did not clean the house very often. We brought in Carpet Tech (Bryan and Luke, the helper) to stretch the carpets, clean the carpets, and to clean about 500 square feet of tile. They were nothing short of professional and did a tremendous job. Very polite and courteous. Attached are a few before and after pics. I would, without a doubt, use them again!

This review is for Carpet Tech of Odessa, TX, not McKinney, TX. We spilled coffee on an area rug which left a large dark stain. I called Carpet Tech of Odessa. They came out the next day and were able to remove the stain completely with their equipment and special stain removers. Even after they left, the stain continued to lighten and eventually disappeared completely as they said it would. I have used Carpet Tech before and will always call them first when an accident occurs like this. They are the best.
