Scene from 1-10 my experience would be 100! From the customer support all the way to the technician they didn’t miss a beat. This has been the easiest transaction I’ve made in quite a while.
My sister who is also my roommate passed about a month ago. I originally decided to not get the service & I still received flowers. After the service was complete we received flowers again! Thank you for all the help along the way.

Carpet was running a special of no mileage on their service. We called and set an appointment in less than a week. We scheduled for a whole house cleaning which was above average size. They brought enough equipment and superior help to get in and out in record time. They did an outstanding job. We are a repeat customer and will use again.

My dad recently came home from a week long stay in the hospital and I decided that the house needed a good cleaning to limit germs and debris. Anthony and his teammate from Carpet Tech came the day after we called, did a walk through, and gave a bargain quote. They listened to what we wanted and understood our concern to have clean and disinfected carpet to limit bacteria and minimize the risk of my dad getting any infection. They got started the same day and within a couple of hours they were done. The carpet looks fabulous and not only does it look clean but it feels clean on our bare feet. Very professional and knowledgeable cleaning the airducts. They showed before and after photos of the airducts. When they were done, they cleaned and vacuumed the areas under the airducts. I recommend Carpet Tech.

Wouldn’t use any one else

I had a smaller job 1 room basically but they were courteous and hot to work immediately 30 minutes they were leaving excellent job!

Kevin and the young man that was here working with him are wonderful (I think his name is Ashton).
When they were in my home for the air duct cleaning, they were as non-distruptive as possible. They were complete gentlemen and extremely professional. They did everything they said they were going to, including making sure they didn't leave a mess. And they didn't leave a mess.
And even when I spoke with the office to make, and change the appointment, the ladies I spoke with were very professional and helpful.

Since I haven't used any of their other services, this is the one I can recommend for. But because of this experience, I will consider them first for other services I need.

The two gentlemen carpet tech sent were great! They were polite and kind. They more than met our expectations! The carpets looked great after they were finished. They got stains out that I thought wouldn’t come out. Not to mention they worked quickly! Would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again.

We recently had a major flood in the workplace. Carpet Tech was called in and performed an excellent job. Jayden Jolly’s customer service and communication was much appreciated.

Excellent, professional service. Polite and friendly technicians. We had a wet carpet emergency, they came out quickly and when they left we had clean un-smelly carpet!

After receiving quotes from three different companies to cleanup a rental property, I got the best vibe from meeting with Colton, of the Amarillo office. He explained exactly what they would do, listened to my concerns, and provided a written quote, hours later. Their quote was very reasonable for the scope of work, and I chose them to proceed with job. They began the work the very next day and were finished with it by the afternoon of the following day. Anthony, their guy on the ground supervising, was very professional and also listened to my concerns and led his crew to do an amazing job.

I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. It exceeded my expectations and was an amazing value.

Everyone I dealt with at Carpet Tech, from the young lady who initially answered the phone, to the young kid on the work crew, was friendly, professional and polite.

On time, did a great job on my large area rugs

So professional! EVERY employee I have had an interaction with always go above and beyond. From snow shoveling sidewalks, assisting a nearby car accident by helping clear road of debris to helping those involved to just listening to every day frustrations -- these technicians deserve more appreciation for all their hard work for the community! I have NEVER had a bad interaction with anyone here from the call center to techs to leadership. If you have had a bad interaction, maybe you should reflect on your actions or behavior! 10/10 company. 100/10 employees. Thank y'all so much!

Had a water leak and had several rooms with soaked carpet. Came out the same day, quickly and efficiently got up the water, sanitized the carpet, very friendly, even vacuumed up behind my couch crumbs the grandkids had left. Would definitely use them again
