The technician arrived promptly and explained the procedure to me. He then proceeded to throughly cleaned my carpet and was also able to remove a stubborn stain that I thought was permanent. The professionalism and skill was awesome. I appreciate the dedication.

Carpet Tech did a great job on our old Midland brick floors. Dakota and his assistant stripped and cleaned and applied a matte sealer, a 5.5 hour job, 600sqft, and diligently worked every minute. They scrubbed every grout line! The estimate was the final bill, no surprises. Expect to call them in for the next job, wood floors.

The dryer repair person said I needed the lint removed from my dryer line and suggested I call Carpet Tech. I am so glad I did. They were half the cost another company was going to charge me and they were able to come the same day that I called. Couldn't have asked for things for better service. I'll be using them again when I need my carpets cleaned

Carpet Tech is the best carpet cleaning service! I love that the are so supportive of local charities, too. We have used them for many years now and will continue to do so. Their employees are so courteous and helpful and do a great job! It is a real plus that you know who will be cleaning your carpet…they send a picture of the technician and a resume before they arrive. And, they really clean your carpets! Thank you, Carpet Tech!

Jake was by on time introduced himself and his helper and proceeded to tell me the steps first a walk around to determine how many vents the he would give me a quote afterward I could decide. He said it would take about 3.5 hours which they met. Great communicator, quick, cleaned up afterwards and sent me pictures of before / after. Vent system cleaning
