We had several repairs that needed to be made to our carpet throughout the house and have a stained area cleaned. They were on time and did the repairs and cleaning quickly. They were unable to repair a portion of carpet fully. They explained the issue and gave me options to have it repaired permanently. They repaired it the best they could and gave us a discount since the repair wasn’t going to hold permanently. Very pleased with their work and customer service.
