Anthony came in and assess the problems, he was courteous and respectful, we got a reasonable proposal and they started work. When the job was finished, it was something he was proud of, and I was certainly pleased and proud of the job that they did. The main problems that they took care of were pet urine places and where the dogs had crapped in certain areas. I have used Carpet Tech numerous times, each time I’m more pleased.
