Person who answered the phone was very sweet and even said they would come to the house to deliver. Once Adam arrived (same day), not only did I get my bottles but even an extra one for pet odor remover for FREE! How sweet of him to be prompt and friendly. Oh and if you have never used their "Spot out' for carpet stains, you better get some! Best stuff EVER!!
