The lady who cuts my hair came over to our house the other day and, for about the third time, mentioned we should consider carpet cleaning. She recommended Carpet Tech and said they do a great job and are very reasonable. She said she had a 1300 sq ft house cleaned for under $400, and if I wanted just the large living room and master bedroom done, it would be hugely reasonable. I called Carpet Tech that day - Wednesday - and they set an appointment for today (Friday) at 1p. Braden was the technician who came and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time (unlike the plumber and tire repair crew - yes, I’ve had a day). Braden was a consummate professional, patient, thorough, did not cut corners, let me know all my options and I could not be more pleased. We’ve never had our carpets cleaned before, and when I walked in to the living room to carpet vacuum patterns that rival baseball diamond turf, I was stunned. I told him he is a vacuuming Ninja. He said it was the machine, but there ain’t no machine good enough to do THAT.

I agree with my hairdresser that the prices for services are VERY reasonable, and we will be doing our other rooms once my husband’s home in a few days. I’ve moved enough sofas and end tables for this week. Thank you so much, Carpet Tech!

The guys did an awesome job. They were nice and friendly and asked how I like how the carpet came out. This is my 3rd time with carpet tech and I think this is the cleanest it came out. The guy also said if I have any problems to call the back and he also let me know that it will longer than usually to dry because they used a lot of solution and because the weather is cold outside

Pretty late at night we had a pipe burst and flood the unfortunately carpeted bathroom and it spread to the rooms next to it before we could get the water off, they got here pretty quick and it only took like an hour to get it all vacuumed out. It's not fully dry but no mold smell and they worked pretty fast, plus it's pretty thick carpet so it's really just air drying out the rest.

The CarpetTech team did an excellent job cleaning out my moms dryer vent and really went above and beyond to make sure her home is now more safe! Very professional and conscientious! (She also had a carpet stretching/cleaning service recently as well and the were excellent as well!)

Our experience with Carpet Tech was first class from start to finish. Booking was super easy via text as Kinsey Rea accommodated our date request. Braden and his assistant did a great job, arrived on time, and were very polite, professional and efficient. I really appreciated receiving notification from Braden that he was on his way. He also shared his photo with information about his experience with the company. We appreciated that they protected our baseboards and corners and provided updates as needed. Their toy drive discount was a nice incentive. Will definitely use Carpet Tech again!

Carpet Tech makes an appointment and is there on time. I always get a text letting me know who is coming, by name, and I get a photo. They are super efficient. My carpet always looks like new when they leave.

Carpet Tech technicians came in the afternoon today and cleaned my carpet. They were very friendly, on time and did an extremely nice job cleaning. They cleaned my carpet in a very fast manner, very thorough and were very careful with my furniture.

Also, the company was dispatched in the morning on the same day to have the HVAC duct system cleaned out and I was really impressed with the work and outcome results. The guys even made a small repair on one of my guest bedroom ducts that became detached from the vent (which was noticed before the duct was cleaned out). They didn't have to do that, but I asked them kindly and they gladly assisted. Thanks guys, the company professionalism was very awsome and excellent!
