Carpet tech is a really neat company. We used them for carpet and air ducts. Their prices are super fair and their services are excellent and thorough. Joshua and Ryan were our techs and I could tell after the ducts because our house smelled way better and he also had dust in his hair so proof he worked super hard 😂 Ryan was very informative and detailed in the information he gave me about our stinky carpet and they made it look new. Very grateful for this company. Side note loved that they include a background of each tech before they come like their family info, hobbies and interests- I think that’s so fun and nice to know about individuals you’re letting in your home. Due to a recent small flood, the carpet was still too wet to clean properly, but instead of rushing off, they took the time to assess the situation and gave me some really helpful advice. They were on time, professional, and had such a great attitude. Anthony clearly explained everything, and he even left me with a few product samples to help in the meantime. They also took care with the equipment. Placing furniture guards where needed. Not only was I given a quote when they started.
