Carpet Tech has always been my go to for carpet cleaning. Three dogs and a boy you know I use them A LOT. Today I called and asked if they did same day cleanings. I usually plan and have one scheduled, but today I needed it done today. They sure did show up at the end of the day, not annoyed that they had one more job and just like every other time not only cleaned and removed all the stains, they did so in such a professional & kind manner. 100% would use them no matter what! He's very sick with multiple myeloma cancer, that's very aggressive. He's only 55 years old. He was diagnosed last January 2025. I can't thank you enough. I was honestly coming to leave a bad review because i started out dealing with someone named hannah i think and was having a frustrating conversation. Until finally she transferred me to another lady who actually handled the problem with compassion instead of attitude. I do think this company does a great job i just hate all the big machines they gotta leave running up my electric bill !! They should be leaving a generator or something since its their equipment. But other than that they do good.
