They even had me check the smell to see if I was satisfied and fixed it when there was still a slight smell. Had a slab leak late one evening. Carpet tech showed up and cleaned up all the water and mess. They left about 20 fans and a couple of dehumidifier’s going for days to be sure we were dried out completely, even under the walls and cabinets. They are prompt and do quality work plus they even notified and sent everything the insurance company needed to process our claim.
I will most definitely use them again if needed.

Later that day Cade and his helper arrived to clean the traffic area of the carpet. They were very Carpet in moving furniture. Spot cleaned the bad spots, then cleaned all the rooms. The carpet looks great.

Hands Down Carpet Tech is truly the Best Carpet Cleaning company in the West Texas. I had a huge pink stain in my daughter's room and hired another carpet cleaning company, they could not get the stain out and was very upset with the work done zero communication on their end .
