We charge based on the room as well as the condition of the residential or commercial floor, because of this we recommend having our technicians come and do a free onsite estimate. This way our technicians can see the area that needs to be cleaned, they can examine the condition of the floor, and determine what, if any, treatments will be needed to get the floor clean.

We offer a truck-mounted steam clean. Our water is heated to over 220 degrees, killing germs, viruses, and molds. Approximately 90-95% of the water put in the carpet is extracted back out at the same time so we will only leave your carpets damp, not soaking wet.

It is the same steam cleaning method as our carpets; it just has a different attachment. We use a turbo - it is like a mini pressure washing system with a vacuum and rotating jets. The water used is heated to over 220 degrees, killing germs, viruses, and molds.

First, our team will go to your plenum (where all the ducts meet as one) and hook up a vacuum hose that will suck everything back into our truck. We'll then block off all the openings, so we don't blow dirt and debris everywhere. We'll work on one vent at a time, pushing through an air-whippet hose to do the cleaning. The cleaning process will be repeated at each opening, making our way back to the unit and fan where everything is circulated. It is a full system cleaning, taking approx. 3-4 hours depending on the size of the home. (Larger homes or businesses take longer to clean.)
