The technicians were very polite introduced themselves, and asked about my concerns with the carpets. I had my baby asleep and although they mentioned the noice level they were so careful to make the least amount of noise possible. They left the carpets very clean, and I did not notice the odor that I was worried about afterwards. I was very impressed by their job and professionalism.
