Jeremy did out ducts, he and my his helper both were very professional. The ducts look great and they took care to covers furniture and cleaned up after the duct were cleaned.
Later that day Cade and his helper arrived to clean the traffic area of the carpet. They were very Carpet in moving furniture. Spot cleaned the bad spots, then cleaned all the rooms. The carpet looks great.

Hands Down Carpet Tech is truly the Best Carpet Cleaning company in the West Texas. I had a huge pink stain in my daughter's room and hired another carpet cleaning company, they could not get the stain out and was very upset with the work done zero communication on their end . I knew i should have hired carpet tech but went a different route truly my mistake. My technician Dayton was very honest with me and made sure i knew that getting the stain out might not be possible. He called me in a matter of 5 min and said they got it out. I'm so happy with my overall experience and will always recommend Carpet and never make the mistake and hire someone else again.

They are always professional and respectable. They were efficient with their time. We had our air ducts and dryer duct cleaned. The only concern with their service was they left a window open and scratched a freshly painted cabinet drawer.

Regardless, I would use them again. I have used them for three different services in two weeks time and they did a great job.

Trevor was amazing!! He came out and put me at peace worrying about black mold due to a flood from another unit. He checked everything out for me and said everything was as dry as it was supposed to be, and then I got him to come out and shampoo my entire apartment. Great experience! They explained how they were going to clean our air vents. Draped our furniture. Went to work it took about 3 hours but our vents had probably never been cleaned they were very dirty. Vacuumed up any mess they made! Very professional! Would use again!
