Absolutely! Our team offers free estimates. We recommend onsite estimates so our technicians can see the areas that need to be cleaned, examine the condition of the area, and determine the proper treatments. Contact us for a free quote today !

Q: Do you charge by square feet or by the condition of the room?

We charge based on the room as well as the condition of the residential or commercial floor, because of this we recommend having our technicians come and do a free onsite estimate. This way our technicians can see the area that needs to be cleaned, they can examine the condition of the floor, and determine what, if any, treatments will be needed to get the floor clean.

Q: How does Carpet Tech clean carpets?

We offer a truck-mounted steam clean. Our water is heated to over 220 degrees, killing germs, viruses, and molds. Approximately 90-95% of the water put in the carpet is extracted back out at the same time so we will only leave your carpets damp, not soaking wet.

Q: How do you clean vinyl and tile floors?

It is the same steam cleaning method as our carpets; it just has a different attachment. We use a turbo - it is like a mini pressure washing system with a vacuum and rotating jets. The water used is heated to over 220 degrees, killing germs, viruses, and molds.

Q: How often do I need to get my floors professionally cleaned?

It depends on the floor material, how much foot traffic it receives, and your current cleaning routine. We're qualified to address a wide range of floors and can tailor our services to your needs. The technician will go over the frequency and treatment with you when they see your floor.

Q: Do I need to bring my rug to the Carpet Tech facility, or do you pick it up?

We can pick it up for you and deliver it when it is finished, or you can bring it to our corporate office.

Headquartered in Lubbock, Carpet Tech serves residential and commercial customers within a 60-mile radius of the Hub City. We also have locations to service the following cities and surrounding areas in West Texas and East New Mexico: Midland, Odessa, Amarillo, Clovis, San Angelo, and Collin County cities of Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, Allen, and Plano. How does Carpet Tech clean carpets?

How do you clean vinyl and tile floors?

How does Carpet Tech clean air ducts?

First, our team will go to your plenum (where all the ducts meet as one) and hook up a vacuum hose that will suck everything back into our truck. We'll then block off all the openings, so we don't blow dirt and debris everywhere. We'll work on one vent at a time, pushing through an air-whippet hose to do the cleaning. The cleaning process will be repeated at each opening, making our way back to the unit and fan where everything is circulated. It is a full system cleaning, taking approx. 3-4 hours depending on the size of the home. (Larger homes or businesses take longer to clean.)
