Approximately 90 to 95% of the water put in the carpet is extracted back out at the same time so we will only leave your carpets damp, not soaking wet. Q: Do I need to vacuum the carpet?

No, you do not need to vacuum the carpet you want to have cleaned. We will take care of vacuuming the open areas and utilizing our crevice tool, vacuuming the edge of the room where dust and debris settle as well. We recommend picking up all personal belongings such as toys, shoes, clothes, papers, and trash before our arrival to speed up the cleaning process.
