I am beyond impressed with Carpet Tech! Making an appointment online was fast and easy. Prior to his arrival, I received a comprehensive bio about Anthony, my technician which made me feel at ease. Anthony did an exceptional job explaining the rug cleaning process. He did a thorough evaluation of the rug with a UV light! There wasn't one inch of my rug that wasn't inspected and cleaned. Anthony was friendly and professional. He gave me helpful tips, written information and two bottles of rug treatment in case I ever had an issue again. I highly recommend Carpet Tech! The tech that came out was vey courteous. Before starting he answered all my questions. I asked about a price on getting my duct cleaned. When he was done he sent me a quote for the ductwork. I give A+ The tech was out of the Odessa branch

GREAT service and execution of our couch and living room rug cleaning. I'm sure all of their carpet techs are great but Dalton and Cannon were 100% Pros! Dalton walked me thru Carpet Techs technology and what makes them different. Very organized duo and timely. They areived early, were personable, they even acknowledged my special needs daughter and they were super efficient.

I just had an excellent job performed by Carpet Tech of McKinney. The crew arrived on time, called me to confirm, we're extremely courteous, did a fantastic job cleaning my whole house tile floor. Cannon Driver and team did a great job completing a remediation in two rooms of our home. He listened closely to our concerns and communicated exactly how he planned to complete the job. After completion he was careful when replacing all furniture.

We had a stressful water remediation issue and he made a same day response which minimized the damage. Great communication he kept us up to date over a three day process and gave sound advice on next steps to return our home to normal.
