The Carpet Tech site manager David Everette came out with an asst. to provide an estimate for duct cleaning. They arrived on time and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I would appreciate help in moving my washing machine back into place when they came back for dryer vent cleaning, a free addition to the service. (The machine had become unlevel and moved forward.) David immediately slid the washing machine back into place, which I really appreciated. I made the decision to proceed with the duct cleaning without hesitation because it was a very fair price.

Tech showed up on time as promised. Tech spoke with the husband as to the details of the problem. Tech and his assistant set up the equipment and immediately went to work. They were very efficient and thorough. After the work was completed they cleaned up the area and the Tech gave a complete explanation of the work performed. We had pet damage but now you can’t even tell any of it. And there’s even no seams showing any of the patchwork.
